1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies to international visitors and users of the AXON website and web application.
AXON is provided under the AXON brand by an individual service provider. For privacy questions, data requests, and contact with the controller, use support@axonpsy.online.
The Russian-language legal documents apply to Russian-language flows and Russian payment methods. This English Policy is intended for international users and international-facing pages.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use AXON, we may process the following categories of data:
- account data, such as email, display name, authentication identifiers, session tokens, and recovery tokens;
- connected sign-in data, such as technical identifiers from OAuth providers when you use them;
- user content, including chat messages, conversation settings, selected modes, and dialogue history;

AXON does not store full bank card numbers or card security codes. Card processing is handled by payment providers or, where applicable, a merchant-of-record provider.

- provide the AXON service, including AI-assisted dialogue, history, personalization, and support;
- process subscriptions, payments, refunds, and access status;

Where privacy law requires a lawful basis, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations, depending on the specific processing activity.
4. AI processing
Messages you send to AXON may be processed by AI model providers and technical infrastructure providers in order to generate responses and operate the service.
Please do not submit information that you do not want processed by AXON or its service providers. AXON is not designed for emergency, medical, psychiatric, or crisis-response use.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, storing preferences, security, service operation, and analytics.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some cookies are necessary for the service to work correctly.
6. Service providers and payments
We may share data with hosting providers, AI providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, payment providers, and merchant-of-record providers when needed to operate AXON.
Payment providers process payment data under their own security and compliance obligations. If a merchant-of-record provider is used, its checkout terms and privacy notices may also apply to the purchase.

AXON is intended for users aged 18 or older. The service is not directed to children or minors.
