Terms of Use

This document defines the general rules for using AXON as a digital informational web service.

Last updated: February 19, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms apply to international use of the AXON website and web application. The Russian-language Terms apply to Russian-language flows and Russian payment methods.

AXON is provided under the AXON brand by an individual service provider. For questions about these Terms, contact support@axonpsy.online.

2. About AXON

AXON is a digital AI-assisted informational service for structured self-reflection, dialogue, and practical next-step planning.

AXON is not a medical, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, legal, financial, or emergency service.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use AXON.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate account and payment information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices secure.

4. Accounts and access

Some features require an account and authentication through available sign-in methods, including connected OAuth providers where offered.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account is used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Plans, prices, currencies, and included features are shown on the website, in the app, or during checkout.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or, where applicable, a merchant-of-record provider.
  • Access to paid features is activated after successful payment confirmation.

AXON does not store full bank card numbers or card security codes. If a merchant-of-record provider is used, its buyer terms, tax handling, invoicing, and refund process may also apply.

6. Refunds and billing issues

If you believe a payment was made in error or you have a billing issue, contact support@axonpsy.online with your account email and payment details.

Refunds are reviewed based on the payment provider rules, checkout terms, applicable consumer protection laws, and the extent to which digital services have already been provided.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AXON to:

  1. violate applicable law or third-party rights;
  2. request instructions for violence, self-harm, abuse, illegal activity, or evasion of safety controls;
  3. attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass restrictions of the service;
  4. upload content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or infringes others' rights.

8. User content and AI outputs

You remain responsible for the content you submit to AXON. You grant AXON the limited right to process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before acting on them.

9. Intellectual property

The AXON brand, interface, software, design, prompts, methods, databases, and service materials are protected by intellectual property and trade secret laws.

You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from AXON materials unless expressly permitted in writing.

10. Safety and emergency limitations

AXON is not suitable for emergencies or acute mental-health crises. If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, contact local emergency services or qualified in-person professionals immediately.

11. Disclaimers

AXON is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free responses, or that the service will meet every expectation or need.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AXON is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current international version is published at /en/terms.
